gotta be the most metal band ever. they took all the aspects of metal and smashed them together, then named it after a really lame bird haha. sounds tough though so whatev. i like the anal cunt cover better.

You simply cannot not like the awesome cheesiness of this video. It includes everything that is great about Manowar. And the song fucking rocks, too.You may think about them whatever you want, but their early albums are just absolutely fucking awesome.

seven4ths, I don't know what it is that's gotten you mad about this band that's making you so hell-bent on assuming things like that about them. Now I have actually had the privelege of corresponding very briefly with Manowar and while they're very dedicated to what they do but they realize that they are what they are, a metal band, not actual "lords of doom" slaying all in their path. If they thought that, they'd have been committed. Think about it. They're performers. They perform.

Cheers to Mr. Deer. I'm a lifelong metalhead and although I can laugh at and see the absurdity in a 50 ft. high "Eddie" (Iron Maiden) or Manowar coming out in full Conan gear I still love and appreciate it. I do pay a lot of money to go to the shows so when a band puts all their passion into learning the songs and putting on a great show (costume, props, pyro, etc.) I'm always grateful. Metal is sort of a life choice. People either "get it" or they don't.JW
