I am a person that has always known the power and creative ability of sound. Sound was one of the first things on my spiritual journey years ago I 'remembered'. Words can't tell you how much the sounds you have given have supported me. They helped me move into such joy, such a vibrational difference over the last several years I have been chanting these mantras. You are greatly appreciated. :)

Dear sir;I was doing the Ah meditation this morning and instead of trying to visualize the job, the car etc. I tried and mentalize myself smiling and being happy, and then I started crying throught the whole Wayne Dyer morning meditation track I was listening, and then the rest of my day was just the opposite of that, I feslt empty and melancholic. I don't understand what am I doing wrong?

Hi Siva Baba,I've tried celibacy and kundalini yoga to help raise the kundalini to the third eye. When I meditate sometimes I feel a sensation like pressure on the forehead between the eyes. Sometimes I feel a crawling sensation on my nose going upward. Please talk more on opening the third eye and the Star of David. Does the triangle pointing up represent kundalini energy going up, and the triangle pointing downward represent grace?shatipat? What does it represent? Thank You!

i have always reacted whenever my wife makes the 'ah' sound, because energy or chemistry suddenly erupts in the lower body that i then struggle with. Always have been puzzled why that sound did it! |
