That we were created by a narcissistic, attention seeking, authoritarian, vengeful control freak, or that we are the product of 14 bilion years of cosmological evolution originating from interstellar gaseous by-products intricately formed into conscious intelligent entities. lol like hitchens says:Humans have been around for at least 100,000 years according to the most conservative estimates. Why did god sit for 98,000 years and do nothing while still born children and thier parents suffered, wars over women and turf, murder, etc... all went on. Then after 98,000 years said 'thats enough' and murdered his son in an illiterate backwater middle eastern village to bring it all together. Makes perfect sense to someone unwilling to actually think.

A Quick lesson in astronomy 101; Our closest galaxy is Andromeda. It would take 2 million years, traveling at 300,000 km/second to get there. We can only see as far as 12 billion light years away (i.e., light from galaxies being seen now which were produced 12 billion years ago). It is estimated the universe is approximately 14 billion years old. What was God doing for the last 13,997,600,000 years? Waiting to make earth? thinking about humans and the bible? People!, please think for yourself!
