Yes that too falls under the definition of hidden variables since they are being hidden from your observers. The bell inequality prohibits definite values for entangled variable pairs. It prohibits the universe from having them, not just us.

but as you know:the testify of bell inequality based on the basical quantum theory.

My idea doesn't "hide" variables like the hidden variable theories. It starts out with variables of the absolute reality;and then creates a new set of variables in the neural networks of an observer.

How can it not apply to your simulation because you said so, or because it doesn't. Your simulation applies local hidden variables to the properties of particles, according to Bell's theorum it cannot possibly correctly mirror quantum physical effects.

My video describes Leibniz's universe, which has both absolute and relative natures. My video says that the relative side of the universe shows quantum uncertainty.Bell's theorem doesn't apply to my simulation.

Read up on the bell inequality. It has been shown that quantum uncertainty does not represent our inability to view absolute hidden data, it represents the inabsoluteness of the universe itself. Any simulation which hides absolute variables and records observations made by simulated scientists will fail to describe quantum phenomena since we know the universe does not work this way.
