The guy with the maracas was a member of Culture Club (Boy George's band).The others who appear in the video are Phil Collins, Paul Young, Jody Watley, Bono, & some or all of the members of the bands Boomtown Rats, Spandau Ballet, Duran Duran, Heaven 17, Bananarama, Kool & The Gang, and Status Quo.& all of you who are, for some reason, so proud & insistant that this was "totally a British thing"? NEWS FLASH: Kool & The Gang is from New Jersey. :)
