All black "people" should be summarily killed by state-funded initiatives. Really, what harm would it do? All niggers are thieves, rapists, and murderers who will eventually commit a crime anyway, so this would actually be a preventive measure. Even those niggers who haven't committed crimes contribute absolutely nothing to society anyway, so this would furthermore eliminate welfare costs.
