http://www.c-spanarchives.org/... BIDEN: Well, I think the American public has a stomach forsuccess. And my recommendations on Bosnia -- I admit I was the firstone to recommend it. They saved tens of thousands of lives. Andinitially John McCain opposed it, along with a lot of other people. But the end result was it worked. And look what we did in Bosnia. We took Serbs, Croats andBosniaks, being told by everyone -- I was told by everyone that thiswould mean that -- they've been fighting and killing each other for athousand years, it could never work. There's a relatively stablegovernment there now, as there is in Kosovo. With regard to Iraq, I indicated that it would be a mistake to gointo -- I gave the president the power, I voted for the power, becausehe said he needed it not to go to war, but to keep the United States-- the U.N. in line, to keep sanctions on Iraq and not let them belifted. From the -- I, along with Dick Lugar, before we went to war, said if we were to go to war without our allies, without the kind ofsupport we needed, we'd be there for a decade, it would cost us tensof billions of dollars. John McCain said no, it was going to be okay.I don't have a stomach for genocide when it comes to Darfur. Wecan now impose a no-fly zone. It's within our capacity. We can leadNATO, if we're willing to take a hard stand. We can. I've been inthose camps in Chad. I've seen the suffering. Thousands and tens ofthousands of people have died and are dying. We should rally theworld to act, and we should demonstrate it by our own movement toprovide the helicopters to get those 21,000 for

Joe Biden rocks. He is the only politician who gets it. He is the only one who has proposed getting helicopters to the peacekeepers. This genocide is a besmirchment on mankind.

I just don't understand how someone with such an evil smirk can stand so proud onstage. Sarah Palin will ultimately have McCain fail. I voted for Obama, but maybe if Palin wasn't the VP candidate, McCain would have a chance. Oh well, maybe I should thank her for that.

I think that it's funny that Sarah Palin doesn't understand the occupation of Iraq. Joe Biden supported the invasion of Iraq because he was lead to believe that terrorists were in Iraq. NOT TRUE! Just like the claim that there were WMDs in Iraq. FALSE! People were lied to about Iraq and the fact the more people don't know this is amazing. The "War" is about oil and money not about terrorism. If this isn't modern colonialism I don't know what is.

Thank god. Someone with a brain on youtube. I watched a TLC show once on a woman who's young husband died in Iraq and she was giving birth holding his dog tags. Anyone who knows what's going on there and still votes for someone who has no plan to get us out is remarkably stupid.

I'm voting for Obama and don't support McCain's policies at all but come on, that's not right. He was a POW in a horrible war and by being such sacrificed immensly for his country. You can't hold that against him, if anything that should make him more respectable.

I guess I'm a Washington outsider... What Palin is getting at is, "I guess I'm fucked now. I'm a idiot."
