I don't know the country of origin, but I do know that the American Nick Jr. also showed Sesame Street reruns. Also, your region uses PAL, and this video looks to be converted as NTSC to my eyes.

I think this is from Nick Jr. Australia. They used to show reruns of SS (I don't know if they still do).

Nah, I believe everything in this is a synth of some sort, possibly a Minimoog, or a big ol' modular.
