Guys, wax is temp. You shouldn't use it all the time, for everything. If your wires are poking you (trust me, you'll use half your wax in two days.) go back to your ortho. & get them cut! And your teeth will feel sore & crappy for the next week or so, so be prepared! This guy just showed you how to put on wax for three miniutes. :/ Hope I helped!

im getting braces tomorrow and today i got xrays and stuff done today and the ortho put little blue rubber spacers on my back teeth. What are these for?? those metal loops that go around in the back?
