gypsy culture is from everywhere and it's in revival mode the last 20 years or so: the Great Gypsy Reneissance" as historians will refer to the last 2 decades ;). It's very hard to guess that Fanfare Ciocarlia are from Moldova because they could be from Spain, Southern France or Rajasthan India, check out their DVDs it's really worth the money ;)

This a Romanaian band that plays music using mainly brass instrumants and drums. Such a band is called a 'taraf' in Romanian. Some of the video is filmed in Japan but most of it is made in Romania. The railway and village parts are Romanian for sure... The clean city with weird people is definietely Japanese :P
