You can see how the warm thermals are rising in the heat of the day. The Cumulonimbus Incus at 0:20 probably has a top at 35-45,000 feet Becuase you can see the cloud flatten out against the lid of the Troposphere. An inversion of temprature takes place there so the thermals can not rise beyond this point.

From 0:20 to 0:25, you can see that the cloud is Cumulonimbus Incus, which is the anvil on top of the thundercloud.
