And if it is true what you say about early lifeforms developing in much higher amounts of CO2, then that does NOTHING to improve your point. Ever heard of Darwin's theory of evolution? Modern lifeforms simply couldn't live with dramatically altered atmosphere nor much higher heat, no matter whether prehistoric lifeforms could. If you could travel to the time when our atmosphere was almost pure oxygen you would DIE!

Now when we get the "great" idea of burning all the dead plants, we release the CO2, that they took into them, straight back to the atmosphere which causes the earth to heat and thus "poisoning" the atmosphere. The point also being that CO or carbon monoxide is also released into the atmosphere, and that wasn't always there. Carbon monoxide is highly toxic and is the main chemical that will kill you if you breath a car's exhaust gas in high amounts.

Dude, you are right but you are still missing the fundamental point. The point is NOT that CO2 is a some sort of factory made poison, the point is that CO2 levels are increasing, and that causes the increases heat levels as well. The fact that is increasing is a direct consequence of us (humans) burning earth fuel which is in fact plants, although extremely old ones, that "drank" immense amounts of CO2 into their "bodies".
