Also for those he think this song is about suicide well you are wrong. The gun is simply a metaphore for the words for eachother. "Put my gun away when it is loaded." They have so much to say and how do they not say it. "If i dont shoot it how am i suppose to pull it." THe other wants to hear the words and knows they have so much to say and they want to know how to pull their trigger of words. If that makes sense to anyone lol

In my opinion i think this video is about a coulple where the guy was caught cheating on his girl and she feels that she should stop thinking about him but now she thinks that she did not have enough to offer him and she is now just devistated. The guy realizes what he had done and new it was not alright and that their relationship is now ruined and destroyed.

My interpretation of the Title 9 crime is that the number 9 alludes to the 9th commandment (do not covet your neighbor's wife). Which is what mostly this song is about (cheating).

To be honest, I agree with one comment here on the reason for this video. You aren't always going to understand unless you've been put in the situation. It isn't suicide, in my thoughts it's a couple who has agreed to take each others lives...the boy doesn't follow through though...he remains alive and this is their song, he's just left with the horrifying thought of his lack in courage for her...I suppose.

I don't find it morbid at all. I felt it was a very appropriate metaphor for the song.
