This is Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers at Bash in the Grass outside of Brookings, SD over Labor Day 2001. They mention this concert in the Long Ride Home DVD. They played in front of at least 30,000 people here. They sing Girly transitioning into Baba O'Riley. It was the first time I heard them in concert. You'll have to excuse my minimal background singing along with the band, I was very excited. There's a suprise in the middle of Baba O'Riley and its not pretty, you'll understand.

Crap. I wish I could erase my comment now. I look like an idiot.

It's not really a cover - Roger Clyne wrote the song.

I got to see them perform in Watertown Ct. Tremendous show. The sleepy little hamlet was never the same.
