your changing it enough so that its framilliar but unique. if they want to hear the song thats what theyl get, but the way its played changes the whole experiance of listening to the music.

you do it then... go play in clubs and make tons of money since obviously you need no creativity or the ability to micromanage 20 different loops at once. Mixing is an art as much as it is a talent.
