Rescue breathing AKA Artificial Respiration is used on patients who have Ineffective breathing, or Pt. who are not breathing and have a pulse. The lady is performing CPR, no breathing and no pulse.

Yes for sure. The Good Samaritain Law, is different everywhere you go. Some countries in fact don't even have this law. But yes you are right.

You would need to do rescue breathing on a patient who is breathing, because the breathing may be ineffective so there for you need to peform Artificial Respiration.

Actually, it is pretty hard to get sued for doing C.P.R. or any other first aid procedure. We have the Good Samaritan Act which will protect us as long as we act in good faith, identify yourself as a first aider [get consent,] use the proper training that your ticket allows and as long as you do not abandon or leave the patient.

In which cases can you be sued for performing CPR on someone in emergency situation? I know there is the "Good Samaritan" law, but still, there are laws, and exceptions.
