They arrested him for resisting, i dont see a problem with that. People got freaked out because they're not used to hearing the crackle of a taser and a man screaming in agony. Personally if I was the cop I would've punched him in the stomache not tased him. It would subdue him by taking all the air out of his lungs, take him outside, calm him down and see that he gets propper care.
