This is how its done step by step.1. get utorrent 1.8 its free just google it download and install it.2. go to the piratebay and seach for RealPlayer_11.0.4_Build_6.0.14 .806_GOLD_Final download and install it.when you have realplayer you will notice that when you scroll over a vid it will say in the top right hand corner download this video.All you have to do is click on it and the download will start.

Now if you want the mp3 google this, Switch Sound File Converter, download and install it its free.for an example just say you done what i said and you have realplayer and Switch Sound File Converter and you used realplayer to download this vid. all you need to do now to get the mp3 is open Switch Sound File Converter and extract the mp3 from the video you downloaded with realplayer.
