this IS excessive force, tasering someone who is not violent is wrong. on the other hand, i don't understand why that kid has to challenge everyone. if he just went home and got his card, this whole idiotic situation would've never happened. so the angry guy, gets tasered by the bored cops.

they don't do anything because they are monkeys. The saying goes: Beat a chicken for the monkeys to see. In other words, the monkeys in this video (no offense) are being scared into straight lines by the police beating the "chicken" with a (taser). So the monkeys in this comment are analogous to the "sheep" comparison in the other comments.
