Which is your favorite picture? Mine is the one of Bill & Chelsea Clinton, Dawn's is the butterfly picture.Dawn played this song for me after watching the movie. I liked it so much I had to make this video. Also, many thanks to spacestevie for the track. Dawn says: "It is so touching to see so much love in these fathers and daughters faces." Trivia: Father and Daughter was originally released as a single. It is a notable addition to the Simon anthology mainly due to the fact that the song was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Song. Written for the children's animated film The Wild Thornberrys Movie, it was released in 2002. Sorry I phrased that wrong.. the father I have. He is a very special father, his own father died when he was seven and he always made sure that my sisters and I knew how much we are loved.

My favorite picture is not here of course, is one of me when I was 9 months old on my dad's shoulders. I just love that picture so much. And of course I love my dad. I don't have children yet, but when I think of one day having them I want them to have exactly the kind of father I had, that makes it kind of hard on guys I know... Love this song! Thank you for posting.
