i would have said if you don't calm down I'm ending this call. plus a general computer knowledge one would know if you hold down the button it will shut down (unless it really hangs up) the automated stuff is so the call can be directed better, i just wish he had one of the guys from India, that would make it more funny, some of them are really hard to talk to

He's very lucky he didn't end up with me... that guy will be busted for sure. So don't mess with Cus care agents... they don't know what we can do and whats not. all info of a cust. is on data base and I can interchange there service tags and what so ever on there acct. so next time they call kaput! Yes you pay me but you dont own me. SO get respect.

I use to work for Dell back in 2000-2001 and I heared some crazy recorded calls that they had saved for us to listen to during training. One had a guy who swore up and down that his monitor was turning his face different colors. Now this would be considered a prank however this person called Dell for over 2-3 years till dell ended up buying the system back. Also had one where a guy claimed gnomes lived inside his tower. I've had calls like this to, just funny tho LOL

Who recorded this..or had the forethought to..Dell or the non tek don't have a clue fool. This is why it's nice to be wealthy...you can hang up on the world if you have enough money.
