Actually I would argue more black people buy music from rappers like plies than white people. Artists like The Roots, Mos Def, Wu-Tang, Common and anyone else with real talent have more of a white following. Most whites out there are very eclectic in thier tastes of music and see past a lot of bullshit Dr. Seuss lyrics that rappers like plies try to pull off for a quick buck.
