Ok, playing all the games, and talking on forums... The fireman is Pyramid Head, his actual name is "Red Pyramid" or at least what all the towns people called him, some people say he is a figment of the player's or character's imagination that is able to do physical harm, others say he is a protector of the darkness. His punishment for BEING the protector of darkness was to wear the giant pyramid on his head. ANYWAY, most of the nurses, raped by Pyramid because that is his ritual for his victims
