doesn't work. I tried bolt cutting my bike lock cuz my friend lost my key and it doesn't work at all. the cutter didn't even make a dent.

Oh my gosh, I got it to work! I couldn't figure it out, and I was twisting the top clip to get it out, and the lock opened! So lucky. just keep messing with it, and it really will work.
