ok, i can understand how some of the people who commented this video can say that the freestyle fellowship are legendary, and they are innovators, etc.but PEACE got his ASS HANDED TO HIM in this battle. eyedea's flow was MUCH better, PEACE didn't even rhyme more than half the time, and his lyrics didn't make sense at all. not to mention eyedea had a bunch of great punchlines, PEACE only had one good one... it wasn't even good actually, it was just coherent.

eydea is a battle rapper thats pretty good at it. it seems like he makes a living off that shit. his album material is weak. PEACE is og and has steelo for days, i dont think this was a good battle though-

All the hate and bickering is stupid. This was a battle between two cats with different styles. This shit was almost ten years ago now. Both are extremely talented musicians, and Freestyle Fellowship was a huge inspiration for Eyedea and his music and freestyles. It's all love at the end of the day.

yea you havea point..but what im saying is eyedea's generic compared to where peace's mind is at..eyedea just twists and talks shit, i know the man get props,just because hes saying something different then the next man maybe doesnt make his style doper, to me at least, maybe punchlines eyedea wins, but originality as far as the underground, peace is an OG..
