So if you're blind you can't be 100% sure that you're blind? Or if you have problem seeing you can't be 100% sure that you have problem seeing? Or if you have broken your leg and the x-rays show you have broken your leg, it might actually be your arm instead?

all of your "points" are simply YOUR opinion.Wrong. They are based on the medical examiners, the prosecution and the case transcripts.

"He punched me in the face at least ten times and my glasses fell off, I was thrown up against a desk unit, a counter top, and that was the moment right then when I realized I could go no further down than this, to be beaten by the leader [David Miscavige] of my so-called church." - Marc Headley, ex-Scientologist and former Executive Producer at Golden Era Production (production company owned by Scientology), Glosslip April 27, 2008

"Radiation is apparently enormously water-soluble as well as water removable. According to researchers, one merely has to take a hose to a building surface or a road to wash the radiation off of it. This factor is well known to defense trained personnel." - L. Ron Hubbard, Clear Body, Clear Mind, page 47

'or a broken leg? Eyesight problems?"THAT'S RIGHT.NO test, including CARDIAC CATHERIZATION, and BIOPSIES, probably the most accurate tests are NOT 100% accurate.CERTAINLY not X RAYS, MRIS, CT scans, etc etc...

'What a convincing 'victory' for $cientology."I don't consider it a "victory" for Scientology, since a young woman died, through no one's "fault". but died anyway.but it is CERTAINLY not a "defeat."you haven't proved a DAMN thing.all of your "points" are simply YOUR opinion.these Scientologists have the "PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE."and all your "speculation" is JUST that.SPECULATION.

"Convictions, seized church documents and defectors affidavits demonstrate that Scientologists have already indulged in burglary, kidnapping, false imprisonment, espionage, blackmail, and conspiracies tosteal government documents and to obstruct justice."- Judge A. Wallace Tashima, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit

and in Lisa's case, the prosecution would have had a strong case if not for the conflict in the medical examiners office. Wood changed testimony and Davis was not only under stress at the time but a) didn't know how to use the method for detecting dehydration and b) thought that the autopsy protocol had been altered. What a convincing 'victory' for $cientology.
