Public roads are funded by vehicle registration and licensing fees. The income tax goes directly to the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK as PROFIT. the income tax not apportioned and therefore unconstitutional.

the entire Federal Income Tax each year is sunk into just the interest accumulated on the Federal Debt. Roads are paid for by gasoline taxes.

Hello, I've been arguing with my Dad about the income tax and how it was never legally passed. He says we need it to fund things like public roads...I'm not sure how to argue against him, could someone message me and help me out?

This is all wrong.Amendment XVI (1913)-The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census of enumeration.this amendment was ratified by 42 of the 48 states and was upheld in the cases Brushaber v. Union Pacific R.R., Miller v. United States, United States v. Stahl, Knoblauch v. Commissioner, United States v. Foster, and many others.
