There are clouds in space. They are drawn by a gravitational force. Another thing is meteor hits blow up dust making clouds. Both of these eventually land out of gravity, but yeah, clouds do exist on the moon.

There are quite a few NASA photographs from the clementine that clearly show clouds on the moon. For example, LO V NASA No. MR 168 clearly shows cirrus clouds over the Vitello crater rim. Therefore there has to be some type of atmosphere on the moon, however thin it may be.

They are published in a book called 'we discovered alien bases on the moon' by fred steckling. gafintl-adamski(dot)com ...you can also order them directly from NASA or whoever handles NASA's photos for public sale.
